Due to the arrival of flu season, and for the safety of our patients and staff, we ask that you call the office location when you arrive and remain in your car until instructed.  We are limiting the number of patients in the waiting room and are social distancing.

We require anyone who enters the building to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status, until instructed otherwise.

Each location asks that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms.

We will continue to follow the requirements of the Board of Health, and we appreciate your flexibility during these challenging times.
